Belonging to No10 Squadron RAF, crashed on October 15th 1940 after running out of fuel while returning to it's base at RAF Leeming from a raid on the synthetic oil plant at Stettin, Poland. The crew baled out leaving the Whitley to dive into the moorland near Bellingham.*

Belonging to No1 Specialised Low attack instructors school based at RAF Milfield. Crashed on 22nd June 1943 while carrying out a camera gun attack on an Army Convoy. The Hurricane struck the ground just short of the convoy and bounced over it before breaking up on the other side of the road. The Pilot survived.
