Belonging to No.228 OTU. Crashed on 13th December 1948 after drifting off course in low cloud while on a cross country navigation exercise out of RAF Leeming.

Belonging to No1658 HCU, crashed on the night of 23rd/24th November 1943 after encountering severe weather while on a night time cross country exercise. On the same night Halifax JB926 crashed into Slipstone Crags while taking part in the same exercise.(see here)
